0% about the employees 100% about customers. They want you to allow people to talk nasty to you and you apologize for the customer behavior. If you stand up for yourself you will not last at this job. They give extra work but no extra pay. Anytime you want a promotion something is in the way preventing it. They have promos and you’ll never see the reward. If you work over June you are working on your own. Supervisor sleep and rude when you call in
Would not recommend this company at all. Extremely unprofessional customer service and miserably rude attitude. Russell should rethink his conversation technique when discussing ANYTHING with a paying customer. ESPECIALLY during a pandemic where small businesses are suffering and closing down left and right.
