We cancelled our service with this company over 2 years ago and they did not stop charging us a monthly fee. They were using a 3rd party company at the time called i3verticals, we submitted the cancellation form and sent numerous emails to cancel the account, we even received an email confirming the cancellation. Fast forward to this week we get a hate email about not being able to process our monthly fee, from a new 3rd party company called paradisepay. I advised of the account cancellation and forwarded emails regarding the cancellation and the cancellation from previously filled out and they gave me a bogus story about how that is not them but the cancellation form is pretty identical just has another company name on it. I asked for a refund of all payments made since the cancellation and they said they couldn’t because they had no notice of cancellation to them… but they were not the company ePN was using at the time…. Nonsense such a scam. Why doesn’t ePN handle these things in house why are they bouncing around to other 3rd party companies? We will never do business with any other companies who have to use ePN for any services.

Believe us! This is coming from a small floral business that has been doing business with them for over a DECADE. Too many reasons to list reasons why transferring to new processor but will list one of the bigger reasons – our rep did not speak or reach out to us for over 5+ of those 10 years we were with them. When we reached out for help, was told “I tried to help you but you seemed too busy at the time.” What a joke after giving them thousands of dollars over the years, smh
Please folks do yourself a favor, go with someone else!!!!
Terrible credit card service provider !!!!! Rates are higher than most …. Hidden charges that are not spoke of when signing up ….pain to cancel …. stay away ….try another provider !!!
