Medical office that I go to uses Kibopay. They are charging fee for HSA cards and debit cards, which is against federal law (all 50 states). Even if the debit card is run as credit, still illegal.
Kibo pay is passing the 3.75% CC processing fee onto the customer. Your customers may decide to divorce you!
