I had a horrible experience. After publishing the page, received complaints that people were trying to send funds and didn’t go through. I tried contacting them and received no response.
We lost a lot of opportunities to get funded.
Still, I have a balance now and they are saying that I will lose it.
I opened an account with Go Fund Me.
We recently used Fundly for a school fundraiser and DO NOT recommend this platform at all. First, they tout a FB integration that does not work properly. Second I’ve never experienced so much fraud of people testing $1 transactions. Finally, Stripe is a horrendous provider and shut down our ability to accept donations because of these fraud transactions. I’ve used GoFundMe and never experienced anything like this. Do not waste your time.
