Horrible they are stealing money from merrick bank customers and refusing customers service when the payment never arrives this is absolutely disgusting

I made a payment to merrick bank thru this company on 8/16/24 for a 150.00 and merrick bank has not received yet called this company today and customer service was so nasty and un professional ? made me cursed something I don’t usually do from this point on I will not use this service I’ll be mailing in my payments from now on my rating is 0 for this service.
