CreditCardProcessing.com Overview
CreditCardProcessing.com is a website owned and operated by the merchant account provider iPayment. CreditCardProcessing.com does not prominently mention iPayment on its website, and merchants who visit the site could understandably reach the conclusion that CreditCardProcessing.com is its own independent entity. However, business owners should be aware that all products and services sold through CreditCardProcessing.com are actually iPayment products and services. CreditCardProcessing.com lists its founding year as 1998 and claims to serve over 153,000 merchants, but these exact figures have also been used in marketing copy on iPayment’s website.
CreditCardProcessing.com offers EMV- and NFC- compatible credit card terminals, point-of-sale systems, mobile payment processing, loyalty programs, e-commerce solutions, and sales reporting. Unlike iPayment, CreditCardProcessing.com prominently advertises that it does not require multi-year contracts or charge early termination fees. CreditCardProcessing.com only offers a contact form on its customer service page, but it’s likely that iPayment handles phone support for the company. Ryan Mirpanah is the director of sales at CreditCardProcessing.com.

Online reputation and reviews
CreditCardProcessing.com has received over 60 negative reviews on various consumer protection websites. This is markedly lower than the very high complaint totals that iPayment has maintained during its time in business. Common CreditCardProcessing.com complaints include hidden fees, deceptive sales tactics, slow customer service response times, and difficulty cancelling service. There are no complaints that mention an early termination fee, which may explain why the company enjoys a much lower complaint total than its backend processor.
Legal actions and lawsuits

Bill Etherton says
I would recommend that no one use this company to process their credit cards. I have been trying to cancel this service for 3 months after they charged me $149 for enhanced security services without my consent or authorization, it cost me $216 to process $1530 that month. It is also impossible to reach anyone in customer service that can do anything to help you. This is a Wells Fargo company and I should have known better than to trust the sales man when he said the monthly charge was $5 and then I get billed $60 a month. Crooks, crooks , crooks.
