NetPay Company Overview
NetPay, Inc. was founded in 2012 and functioned as a multi-channel payment services provider, offering an end-to-end platform for merchant onboarding, lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and payment settlement. It also included a retail ISO subsidiary, NetPay Merchant Services, which supported around 7,500 merchants through a network of approximately 100 distribution partners. NetPay’s technology division, branded technologi, provided a complete ecosystem—from merchant boarding through to transaction settlement. The company had a distribution partnership with Fiserv, which initially acquired a 40% stake in 2018 and completed a full acquisition by the end of 2021, fully integrating NetPay into its global payments solution stack.
