For almost a year now been fighting unauthorized and unknown charges from bluesnap. Just received another today on my chase account. To no avail do I know how they got our information and we even got new cards, I want a public list of all merchants who use bluesnap in the United States divided up by state without having to give my information and would love our money back .

I have repeatedly tried to remove my credit card details and Blue Snap service has not acknowledged any communication and intentionally does not provide contact solutions.

Upon checking my CC statement found a charge for “Privacy Assist”. This is on a card I only use for a couple of auto pay utilities so I know I didn’t purchase this product [whatever it is]. I called the number and get an automated system that says “if there is a charge on your credit card it probably came through one of our affiliates. Please check our website” then hangs up. I went the website and see I must sign up for an account to access info. Not going to fall for that. I cancelled the card and lodged a fraud complain.

Comodo internet services is trying to auto-bill me, but when I try to log in to their website at Bluesnap with either the invoice number or the email they sent their notice to it says invalid. They do not provide an amount they plan on billing me, nor what the service I am being billed is for, just that it will happen on a specific day. This seems like a scam and I am not sure how it is legal to bill someone for something without telling them what it is or letting them log in to cancel whatever the service.

Why have I been charged $24.30 on 6/12/21 and $23.65 on 5/1/2022. I have no idea who or what bluesnap is and I certainly never subscribed to your site. Perhaps you wouldn’t mind telling me what is going on????

Such a bad place at many levels.

That is insane! They slapped me with a $279.95 purchase today that I am unaware of. I am still working with the fraud company to rectify the issue.

A completely suspicious organisation. They are posting dubious transactions on customer accounts and when contacted regarding the transaction, they provide other payment provider companies’ support phone numbers. Do not trust this company!

These guys are useless. They are still working with fraudulent merchants. I was scammed by DrNajeeblectures (a site offering medical lectures) and bluesnap process their payments. A quick internet search reveals many others who have also been scammed.
