The company was previously known as National Payment Systems before rebranding in 2020 to support broader growth initiatives. As an ISO/MSP, Boom Commerce partners with banks such as Merrick Bank, Synovus, Wells Fargo, Fiserv, and TSYS to deliver payment solutions across retail, restaurant, and e-commerce sectors. Its offerings include credit and debit card processing, Clover POS systems, mobile acceptance, payment gateways, inventory management, employee scheduling, analytics, and working capital programs. In addition to direct merchant services, Boom Commerce also provides portfolio financing and residual acquisition opportunities for ISO and agent partners.
