Cardinity has been holding my money for the past 2 months. They refuse to put the reason in writing and I now suspect they have just stolen the money.
I am now taking this up with visa and the regulators.

It operates as a licensed payment institution regulated by the Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania and is a principal member of MasterCard International, also registered with Visa Europe.
The company offers an all-in-one solution that includes a merchant account, payment gateway, and acquiring bank services, allowing businesses to accept credit and debit card payments online. Cardinity supports various payment features such as recurring billing, one-click payments, mobile payments, and virtual terminal (MOTO) transactions. It provides integration modules for popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, and others.
Cardinity’s pricing model is transparent, with no setup or monthly fees. Transaction fees start from 1.35% plus €0.25 for EU/EEA cards. Additional fees may apply for cross-border transactions and chargebacks.
In January 2023, Cardinity was acquired by NomuPay, a global payment provider, enhancing its reach and capabilities in the payment processing industry.
