We were contacted by this company (namely, Ben) and offered their services with no fees for us and a rate of 4% charge to the customer. We switched to them and, of course, a fee of 84.22 was charged to us. I was promised a refund by ‘the manager, Daniel. Never happened. The next month, the fee was $206.00. I contacted both Ben & Daniel with no response. My advice would be to stay away from this company. Dishonest practices! I am switching companies and am currently researching to find a fair and honest one, if there is such a thing.
Celero and its subsidiary Razor Sync stole $2,946.45 from me. They’ve refused to return it and are throwing up every possible roadblock to try and keep the money they’ve stolen. I own 2 HVAC companies, 1 in CO, 1 in AZ. I used “RazorSync” for both, which is a dispatch software/CRM for years until May 2023 when I cancelled. I have all of the cancellation acknowledgements by email from them. When I cancelled my RazorSync subscription in 2023, they correctly stopped billing both of my companies for the subscription. However, the subscription also required merchant processing (processing of credit card cards from our customers on behalf of our businesses, for a fee). The “merchant processor” that RazorSync uses is Celero. What RazorSync doesn’t say is that RazorSync is a subsidiary of Celero, and has been since 2019. They are the same company working in the same suite located at 100 Westwood Pl, Ste 200, Brentwood, TN.
Celero (RazorSync) has a min fee it charges for merchant processing. When I cancelled my companies’ subscription with RazorSync, the Celero fees dropped of for my AZ company, as they should have, the billing stopped in May 2023. HOWEVER, Celero went on charging my CO company their “minimum fee” every single month from May 2023 through Feb 2025, when I caught the error. I wasn’t charged in March only because I stopped these payments with my bank.
I contacted RazorSync who stuck me with a salesman who did nothing except tell me that Celero is a separate company (it is not) who I have a separate agreement with (I do not). I contacted Celero, and “Dan” said I need to cancel Celero separately, I’m out of luck and he intends to keep my money. I asked Dan repeatedly to show me ANY agreement I signed that allows them to charge me for a year and a half for NO SERVICES RENDERED. He started off lying and saying he did this, but he didn’t. Now he refuses, and will not return my calls.
They have taken nearly $3K for NO SERVICES RENDERED ON A CANCELLED ACCOUNT.
Multiple people promised a certain rate. I was overcharged every month. I called multiple times and multiple people promised to honor the original rate agreed upon but they were all empty promises. Deceitful company. Find someone else.
I would highly recommend not using this company. I had 3 accounts; each account was billed $95 annually and monthly a security bundle fee of $29.95 per account! Then the monthly membership fees for each account totaling $61.75 per month! Additionally, I moved one of our locations, and they were unable to switch my credit card receipts to reflect the new address, which was very upsetting, from there I decided it was time to part ways, and this too was an ordeal and still is, they continued to bill me for “membership fees” on cancelled accounts. I have been trying to work with Andrew Miller, we have exchanged emails and phone calls since July and still I have not gotten a credit ($200) for all the overcharges on my account. Naturally, they tried to keep my business, but it would have been difficult to trust their work ethic, in fact, I referred family to Teri Faklaris, my sales rep, and now they too will be cancelling their service with Celero Commerce. The worst part is, I cancelled simply because they couldn’t get a receipt correct!!! Only to find out all these fees! Which they wanted to remove to keep my business? Should have thought about that in the beginning, being transparent about the fees. I will be contacting the BBB so others don’t get involved with this organization!
Celero Commerce are total crooks, lie to their customers and charge them exorbitant hidden and cancelation fees.
Short summary: They have unethical practices and add fees for services you don’t need without communication and approval and just with drawl from your bank because they can.
1) 2 years ago, they added an expensive service to my account without notifying me and buried it in the detail – i found it during a year end audit; declined the services i never asked for, approved or used and asked for a refund. I got a partial with a “best we could do” comment
2) they just increased my PCI Compliance fees with no communication from $6.50 to $29.99 monthly quadrupling my costs. When I called them to discuss this, I was told I would have access to “software” to manage the compliance. I fully understand PCI compliance and as I am the only one who processes cards for my small business and this was overkill / insurance and tools I didn’t need and didn’t want to pay for – again buried in the detailed fees. I asked to cancel it and refund the months I had been charged (I don’t need the insurance) but they refused but did offer a downgrade that was still more than double what I was paying. Again unethical and not a vendor I would recommend.
There is $50 a month charge to you for the “double billing plan”. Read the contract that you signed. Its still cheaper than any other CC processor on the planet and customer service is great. You guys are not understaing with you signed up for. Celero is inexpensive, deposits money in your bank account the next business day. Make sure that you keep up with PCi Compliance and you are good. Way less than PayPal, Square, Leaders Mechchant Services. Charge the client, do not eat the charges yourself, there is no reason fo you to do so. Been using Celero for 4 years.
We had a technical issue and received excellent tech support from Jae. Thanks so much for your patience as well as your exceptional costumer care. You truly saved the day for small business.
Five stars all the way!
these people are scammers i was told my customers would be paying the card fees the first month they charged me a huge amount but little do they know who there messing with im taking them to court they falsely lied to get my company on board now they wanna charge my customers 3% plus there charging me 50$ a month when it was supposed to be free
THIS IS THE VERY WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WE QUIT DOING BUSINESS IN AUGEST 2023 AND THEY ARE STILL DRAFT MONEY OUT OF OUR BUSINESS IN SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, 2023. I CAN’T GET RID OF THESE JERKS. THEY ALSO GET TAKING OUT 39.95 FOR AUGUST,SEPTUMBER, 2023 FOR WHAT THEY ARE CALLING NON-COMPLIANT -WHICH I CALLED THE1-800-866-1881 AND TALKED TOTHE MAN ABOUT THIS-TOLD HIM WE HAD ALREADY GONE TO ANOTHER CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ADVISED HIM THAT I HAD SPOKEN TO THE LADY AT OMEGA AND TOLD HER WE CHANGING BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE RATING OF CELERO FROM THE BBB. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING. DEBBY H
Do not use Celero! They rush you to sign on. When reading my contract, Randy Jones said don’t worry, those are just numbers. They charge you monthly fees, even when you have not processed a single payment, PCI compliance is another issue, and cancelation fee is absurd.
They do not disclose important contract terms. Sham on Razorsync for using them.
Get everything in writing and read all the fine print. They lie, cheat just to sign you up then change all the terms once they have you. BEWARE 400.00 cancellation fees just think about that before you sign anything. Even when you say you wont sign a contract, if you have this service you are on the hook.
Lessoned learned, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING! This is a bait and switch oganization. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Lots of hidden fees that are nowhere in the actual agreement that was signed. Verbally told there was no term and could cancel anytime, not true! Apparently, that is buried in the terms and conditions document, that I still have not received a copy of. Steer clear, there are many other reputable companies out there! Wish I had seen these other reviews prior to joining, still shady in 2023!
I am so dissatisfied with this company I do not know where to start. They solicited my business in 2022.hey said they were compatible with my existing software and they could save me money.I told them switching merchant accounts is a nightmare and I wasn’t interested. After their continued calls,I agreed to listen to what they could offer. The salesman was friendly and I felt comfortable with him. I agreed AFTER CHECKED WITH “MULTIPLE” DEPARTMENTS to confirm the service was compatible with the Customer Portal of my existing company software, which was my only requirement other than the right to cancel if I was unhappy without a time limitation. The sold me two field swipe boxes and said I’d be up and running in a few days. NEVER HAPPENED.Then I find out they can’t connect to my software. My clients can’t pay online if we use their service, they have to call me and give me a credit card EVERY TIME they pay. I ask them to cancel the account, they say they can’t, I have a two year contract, but the salesman told me if I was unhappy I could cancel at anytime.I explained this to the rep and said I read my contract and there was no cancellation clause. They then disclosed the clause is in a “link” on the docu-sign-contract. You have to click on a small font at the bottom of the contract for “more info.” I don’t know where the company office is housed, but in Georgia where I am, that is against the law. Full disclosure needs to be ON THE CONTRACT,not in a computer link. When I declared this, they agreed to cancel the contract. That was three months ago. They are still taking a monthly fee even though I have not put any charges through since the summer of 2022. My attorney is preparing a brief.
I was about to sign up for this merchant and had contacted them to be my third merchant as I put down really large deposits for my builders. Over 650k in credit card transactions this year.
I spoke with Brian Moch and he was pushy, rude, and uses profanity in his text messages which is a real turnoff.
I normally don’t waste any time on these reviews, but this was truly an exception. I will pass on to anyone considering using this company how unprofessional it is.
I was given a contract yesterday and asked to sign it without even having the time to read it. It hasn’t even been 24 hours, and the manager ” Albert” voided it. All I asked was to read it.
I was told that they weren’t gonna play any games? Not sure what that means. All I asked was to see a picture of the terminal as I want a touch screen and something that looked good for the office. I also asked about the paper, and your typical questions one would have for a merchant.
At this point, I wouldn’t use this service even if it was free. Buyer Beware.

Celero Commerce sales representative called today with his sales pitch. Seemed like a nice fellow, until my third decline response ended in him hanging up on me, mid sentence. If this doesn’t show the true colors, I don’t know what will.
Cold-calling companies he knows nothing about other than what he sees on the website. Asked for a person who is RETIRED, probably assuming a MALE runs the company.
SCAMMER – STAY AWAY!
Sold a business that has been using celero commerce integrated with our point of sale. We canceled the point of sale and were assured all was good to go. Months later we get a collections letter from Celero Commerce. There were no attempts for communication. I called and asked why they never called me and verified my cell phone number was on file. Their reps response was, ” Noone answers the phone and we are short staffed.” I would not suggest doing business with Celero Commerce.
This organization ripped me off, lied to me, and stole my money! Avoid using them!
