DO USE! AVOID!
Kept billing after we cancelled. Over billed for a service they didn’t do. Horrible customer service. You can find a better companies We kept them way too long, We used for over 5 years. Since we switch, couldn’t be more happy. Honestly didn’t know what we were missing till we left for another.
We acquired a company that used Century Business Solutions. We wanted them to export the company’s data so we can port it over to a new, lower-cost processor. They refused and their bedside manner was horrible. It appears to me that they want to lock customers in so they cannot switch processors.
