I feel scammed by a rep. of epaymentamerica I have had my business and the same bank 18 years under my banks direction I connected with the e paymentamerica rep. on 12/7/2022 by 12/9/2022 his partner arrived at my business all forms business license drivers license bank statements pictures of business were all handed over in person.a week later the same person returned for more info and promised the cc terminal by the first of dec.2022.never happened after several calls and emails on 12/14/2022 i was called and had to go to my bank have a bank form created and emailed to your rep.I became alerted and called epaymentamerica direct I recived a call after 6 pm from another person claiming to be the regional manager that was working on my case. I felt as though he was interrogating me. questions like my social media platforms even wanted to run a credit check. i have 3 different businesses with cc terminals all different I have been in several businesses since 1972 and according to the federal trade commission these actions should be brought to your companies attention. I did phone your headquarters spoke to a nice lady that could not direct me for this complaint.I researched your company and found all good things All my business and personal info is in limbo? I hope you can help me with answers that make sense . I want to add that I did reach out to another cc terminal company on 12/20/2022 They emailed the forms asked for a copy of my business and drivers license filled out and emailed back and my cc terminal was delivered by 12/23/2022.this business is a guest house we had to turn business away for lack of credit card processing.If this is the wrong dept. please inform me of the right dept.this makes epaymentamerica look bad.
