Scammers,
We were waiting for new terminals from World Pay and received a call and I asked if they were calling about new terminals from World Pay and I was led to believe they were after furnishing the information we immediately started having deductions from our account before we received a machine they were charging processing fees. after a few weeks we received 1 machine and it would no tintegrate with our operating system.
Immediately advised them to stop billing and that I was returning the 1 terminal and cancel the balance but if they came in I was returning to sender.
I have followed up multiple times and they continue to bill me.
The company is fraud
I was hung up on by multiple representatives after they called my business. it seems that this company and its representatives are willing to waste other companies time, then just hang up on them when they ask for supporting information. Alot of lies from the representatives, and no supporting facts about “account information”. Wasteful Idiots
They call with “Account information” but they can’t tell you who your service provider is, they can see your statement, but cannot tell you who your service provider is.
Total scam, disrespectful staff, waste of company time.
