Filed a cancellation in January of 2022 on a form with the Payroc letterhead specifically subtitled to cancel merchant “processing” account. For over 3 years, charges have continued to be withdrawn from our bank account. Through investigation, we learned that iTransact was still withdrawing charges. They asked us to file a cancellation form. THE EXACT SAME ONE from 2022. They tell us the 2022 cancellation was for the iTransact “gateway” and not the processing. We are still in dispute, but based on all the evidence, they are criminal and will be receiving legal repercussions.
Poorly at best, ever rising costs and hidden costs, no answer on phone, can’t seem to get it discontinued. Trying to opt out and can’t.
