Justifi Company Overview

JustiFi, legally known as JustiFi Technologies, Inc., is a fintech startup founded in 2020 and headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The company builds white-label embedded finance infrastructure for vertical SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and franchise groups. By integrating through a single low-code API or web component, platforms can enable fintech features such as embedded payments, buy now pay later, lending, insurance, and in-person payments. JustiFi differentiates itself with its PayFac Direct model, where 100 percent of sponsor bank fees are passed through, allowing partners to capture more economics. Its orchestration layer, called Engage, provides a dashboard and strategic support through a Chief Fintech Officer to help platforms manage and grow fintech revenue. Backed by Emergence Capital, Rally Ventures, and other investors, JustiFi has raised more than 20 million dollars to expand its infrastructure and help platforms accelerate growth.
