The worst experience ever. The start of the agreement was in November 2023 and the cancellation in June 2024. The Merchant Industry company closed my account for a mobile credit card reader without my knowledge, and charge my account the fee for a breach of contract without my knowledge. I try to solve the problem and after I send the original agreement. They are ghosting my calls.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, VERY SNEAKY!!!!

Terrible terrible company stay away

Horrible company. Stay away from them. Their customer service is horrible. If you are a current customer look at your statements carefully. They’ll sneak fees on it and when you call them to complain they will tell you it’s not from them, though luck. But when you call to cancel your account magically they can fix it. Really.
