I have a Non-profit Merchant Account, and it appears that NXGEN is the only one making a Profit by accumulating daily Interest off of our funds. They have horrible Customer Service, a whole week has gone by and NXGEN is still holding on to my funds. Every time I call a recording comes on saying: No Agents are available at this time 24/7. I will be accepting BITCOIN payments goinf forward, the funds are available instantly!!!
