Formerly know as Sage it allowed 2 crooks I sold my business to request a form from Paya to change banks it was 1 page without any review my name was forged and misspell as a result the IRS claimed the $650,000 that went through that a account I was told it was earned income and I owed 200k. The processor Paya would do not a Damm thing to help me out with this issue. Many years I paid them between 125 and 150k$. They had the ability to contact the bank where the money was deposited and verify that it was not my account but they chose to do nothing. I emailed them dozens of times and spoke to them but they realized they screwed up and did not want to be liable. I would of sued but I had to fight with the IRS for 4.5 years so the statute of limitations ran out.
