CLASS ACTION coming.
4,000 customers affected I believe.
They made an error in their monthly billing and charged me 100% more than they should have taking over $7000 out of my account.
First – I found this by looking at my account NOT by communication from the provider
Second – when I asked them to reverse the charges I was told I would have to go to my bank to do this. I live very remote the nearest bank is over an hour away, who’s paying for the gas and time I have to take to get there.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY their incompetence is unbelievable
On April 2, 2025 Paystone took $13397.00 from our business account. They were authorized to take $133.97. They blamed this on a clitch of some kind and swore this had been fixed and would never happen again. Meanwhile, eight days later the money has not been returned to our account. They are blaming our bank. I have reached out to them multiple times to no avail. We are a small business that cannot afford to lose this money. Already we have had to borrow money to cover this shortfall. My advice is to stay far away from Paystone as they are thieves.
paystone recently took almost 10,000 dollars out of my account when the real amount was under $100.00. Then i had to physically go to my bank and fill out forms etc to reverse that charge because the people at paystone could not do it. This mistake apparently effected hundreds if not thousands of their customers….. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT
what a rip off… the salesman told me monthly terminal charges were only $35 dollars…. didnt tell me about the $20 dollar cel charge and then a $20 dollar service fee.. and now a $20 dollar non compliance charge???? my current bill is over $120 dollars and my total dollars that my little company charged was uner $800.00… i am not happy camper this company misrepresented themselves..
