I got scammed by these crooks! Told me I could save $400/month after their “analysis” and the sales rep was told I planned to retire in a year due to my health. They had me wait 2.5 hrs to get a “manager” on the phone to sign the contract and were ready when I had a patient to see in 5 minutes. They scrolled through the 30 page contact and had me initial under pressure- then they sent 4 terminals. We called them and they said the extras were “backups” . The contract was for 48 months non-cancellable with huge equipment leasing fees, early termination fees, hold harmless clauses and a provision that I pay their lawyers and have to litigate in Delaware. I am personally a guarantor. The sales person totally misrepresented the terms and the contract states no verbal promises are valid. These people are criminal. Now I am stuck working 4 more years with cancer to avoid a $20-30,000 payout.

MX MERCHANT-PRIORITY PAYMENT SYSTEMS CHEATED ME OUT OF $886. Their security system was breached. I had nothing to do with it and still can’t understand why this is costing me $886 when I did nothing wrong!!!! When I log in I have to get a 6 digit code on my phone to get in thru the 2 step verification: how did the criminals get in without this code? I sure didn’t give it to them. I have been a customer over a decade and thru a few ownership changes and I can’t believe I am being treated this way. My time has been wasted and my money has been taken without a fiar reason and no means to appeal this arbitrary decision of yours to keep $886. It was Priority-MX Merchants security that was broken into. When Debra York called and said she would work on getting the money back, I thought it was more of a formality. No one has explained why I should have to pay, where it says in the contract that you can charge me for this. I called once the account was closed and set up a new account. I will be contacting my lawyer about this matter (another waste of time and money) and will post this letter on all available social media platforms. Your decision and the way it was handled was terrible. I have now found a new processor whose fees are lower and hopefully I can save enough there to cover the cost of you screwing me over. You should be ashamed of you the way this was handled not to mention this was just bad business.

My bank stastement showed an ACH payment to MERCH SVC BKCRD FEES on 2/2/23. My bank told me to call Priority Payment Systems LLC at 866-493-9580 tro find out what this was. I spoke to a woman who told me that there was no way to find out who got the money. When I questioned that she said, I don’t have to argue with you,” and hung up on me. That call was made at 1:15 pm CST on 3/6/23. I would like assurance that this woman will be repreimanded. I called again and was told that it was an tfys account and was transferred to TYFS. The next person put me in touch with LawPay who was the company I dealt with.

Agreed on the comments here. Dharma Merchant Services is great. MXMerchant, not so much. They’ve got a rather annoying security protocol wherein your login privileges are yanked if you don’t login at least once every 3 weeks. In my experience, this makes no sense, because I only need to look at MXMerchant on a 4 week interval, when I do monthly reconciliations of our bank accounts. I don’t need to look at it on a 3 week interval. The problem is, once you’re locked out, you have to call them and go through 30 minutes of login privileges retrieval on the phone with the customer service rep. Apparently, they do not support the normal challenge / response privilege retrieval protocols that other SAAS companies used. Often, they will ask to speak to the business owner. The whole process is a huge inconvenience. I love Dharma, but if I could quit MXMerchant, I totally would. They’re just not very good.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Michelle Porter is an absolute horrible and incompetent employee. If she worked for me she would be unemployed. Her supervisor, Michelle Isaacs, never even had the decency to return my phone call. I would recommend staying away from this company at all cost. There are lots of options out there. Find someone better than Priority Payments.

Maybe they will be forced to clean up their act. I see they have finally been sued in a class action…

They have withheld over $100,000 in income taxes from my credit card transactions and are holding it UNDER THE WRONG TAX ID #!!!! Have called, have sent documentation and they refuse to correct the problem or issue a corrected 1099K! This has been going on for years and they refuse to fix it. This is a scam agency. Their customer service is awful and unresponsive.
