ProPay Overview
ProPay is a merchant account provider owned by TSYS that specializes in credit card processing software for in-store, mobile, and e-commerce payments. Unlike most credit card processors that serve brick-and-mortar businesses, ProPay does not sell conventional credit card terminals for accepting face-to-face swipes. Instead, the company provides a virtual terminal that runs on securely on a business’s PC in addition to mobile apps and card readers (“ProPay Jak”) for smaller storefronts. This setup may be attractive for merchants who would prefer not to purchase dedicated credit card equipment and who are comfortable with using their PCs to accept credit card swipes.
ProPay’s overall product lineup includes recurring billing tools (EnsureBill), QuickBooks integration, multi-currency support, tablet-based point-of-sale solutions, ACH processing, payment tokenization, online shopping carts, and Buy Now buttons. ProPay has also developed specialized solutions for industries including eBay sellers, utility companies, non-profits, financial institutions, property managers, and internet service providers. The company offers email support, live chat, and phone support from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MST Monday through Friday. Dave Duncan is the president of ProPay.

Online reputation and reviews
ProPay has received very few complaints across all consumer protection websites, particularly in the years since it was acquired by TSYS. The fifty or so complaints that are currently available mention issues like fund holds, difficulty cancelling service, technological issues, and slow response times by customer service reps. Again, the company’s total complaint rate is remarkably low for its size, and the content of these complaints is generally not concerning.

Propay.com is A very dishonest company and supports the radical left hypocrites that our country.
I run a conservative organizations payments through this company, what I BIG Mistake. They Radically always closed down my account MID from accepting live transactions, not to mention their Technology doesn’t work to well very well. I am what their issue is lying and putting me on the TMF Match List. The funny thing I STOPPED Processing with them based on their repeatedly s****** services.
I assume this is their way I getting back at me for some reason, well the lied and they are trying to F… me over now. Now I am going to sue them in court and make sure I get all the money I lost and all the money lost for my time. and my time is not cheap.
They will be fully investigated and report to the Banking and Finance regulators in their State now. They been have proof of their falls allegations in order to defame me.

I have been using ProPay for my online business for a few months now and have been very satisfied with their service. The processing rates are competitive and the customer support is top-notch. I’ve had a few disputes arise and their team has been quick to resolve them. Overall, I would definitely recommend ProPay to other businesses looking for a reliable credit card processing solution.
