This company is beyond disgusting. hidden fees.

I have been a customer of The Merchant Solutions for more or less 7 years, and unfortunately it was only in 2023 that I realized that this company was depositing less than the total value of the daily Batch into my bank account. My company is considered a small one but everyone is very busy so we have total trust in this company, from which we received the monthly statement from them, and then the bank deposits were verified through this statement.

My surprise was when I decided to check the deposits with Batches and I was able to confirm that I was being defrauded, the statement was agreed with bank deposits, but not agreed with daily Batches.

Since December 2023 I have been trying to receive a refund for the total amount I was defrauded and Mrs Anais Laurent, responsible for my contract, does not agree to return the correct value of the Batches, each email sent by her has a different excuse. I must also say that during this process to receive the amounts due for 2023, in January 2024, they committed the same fraud by not depositing $89.20 into my bank account and they refuse to refund telling me that it is my responsibility to verify the deposits, I checked by This is why I found fraud again that I never thought of as this company works with so much incompetence, and doesn’t care about the opinion of their customers.

How much did this company defrauded me for 7 years? I “ll be checking.

BE AWARE!! Nasty contract . $1350 fee if terminal is not returned within 10 days. Cancellation take place 30 days after the day is cancel and tones of ridiculous fee charged during those 30 days. this will happen if you change to another company. BE AWARE!!!

The competition is real with so many POS servicing company. For me customer support is key and Austin is definitely an asset to this company. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent support. Merchan Solution they are very professional , I’ve been talking to Austin back and forth seems like I know him, anyway every question I did not understand about this machine he explain it very clearly to me, He was not Just a sales person he wants my business to succeed Thank you very much .Austin Smith

PLEASE READ THIS it will save you over £1000!!!

After many threats of over £1000 in exit fees from RMS I posted a negative review on Trustpilot and immediately all fees were cancelled!!!

RMS had spent weeks arguing with me and saying there was nothing they can do, there was no one else that I could speak to and I had to pay over £1000 but within minutes of putting up a bad review the CUSTOMER RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT called and wavered all costs and said the Credit Control Team and the RETENTIONS TEAM should have referred me to the CUSTOMER RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT who had the authority to waive all fees and the other departments were misinforming me in telling me there was nothing they could do.
