I applied for a loan. $300.00 was the lowest amount. Signed a payday loan document. Sent Pic of ID & preauthorized debit form.Which was to be used if I failed to pay back on date specified.Which was next pay date in 3 weeks. Next day I received approval letter. No amount stated. only that If I paid $5 vip payment my approved funds would be sent sooner. No option was given to do so. Next morning I received an etransfer for 95$. I assumed I was approved for $100 & they had decided to opt for the 5$ vip payment to receive $ sooner. Then I got an email saying I had been approved for the whole $300.But only have access to $100. The other $200 would be kept by them until I paid the amount of $56 per week for 10 weeks. I said that’s not what I agreed to. I will only pay for the 100$ I borrowed. They said ok pay it back and the contract will be canceled. . By this time the had already attempted twice to take $56.82 & over drafted my account . This was within 3 days of me signing loan doc. I sent $ 100 etransfer & made arrangements for balance. No response. Sent another $40 . No response..on the 27th they take $56.83. Messaged them and no response. Now today they try to take another payment!!! & again no response. I am going to the local police & filing a report for fraud.
