ServiceTitan Company Overview
ServiceTitan is a public cloud-based software company founded in 2007 and headquartered in Glendale, California. Its platform serves home and commercial service businesses—such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and pest control—offering tools for CRM, scheduling, dispatch, job management, marketing automation, finance, and payments. The founders, Ara Mahdessian and Vahe Kuzoyan, created the platform to help field-service contractors run their businesses more efficiently. ServiceTitan launched its cloud-based solution in 2012 and has grown rapidly, with estimated revenue of $614 million in 2024 and around 2,870 employees. The company went public via an IPO in late 2024, raising approximately $625 million and listing on Nasdaq under the ticker “TTAN.” It has since continued expanding its capabilities through acquisitions such as Aspire Software and Convex to better serve commercial verticals.
