If we had another option ~ I would take it in a heartbeat! Our knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and responsive account rep was suddenly let go in December of 2024 and I have had issues ever since. I had NO issues and great service prior to this. We were not given any guidance when our long time rep was let go, we were asked to institute an entirely new process mid-school year with no training or communication and if/when I can find another vendor to process our online payments, I will advocate to the best of my ability to change. I have talked to MANY in my district and have not found 1 person who is happy with Vanco/Revtrak any more. Where once we had no problem I am riddled with them now. If I could give no stars, I would!
DO NOT USE VANCO – they are not a company of integrity and they prey on churches. When you try to cancel their service, you get the run-around and continue to draft your account for years. If you are considering this company – please MOVE TO ANOTHER because you will regret it.
My church recently went to using your service. At the end it asks if I want to add a specified amount to cover the cost. When I said yes, an amount was added to each area I had donated to so that I ended up paying more than the cost amount stated.
