if I could give the negative star I would give it right away. Customer service is rude and terrible. His name is Jay Key. VMS will not let you cancel your service without paying $495.00- $1500.00 fee.
They would not tell you anything about it when you first sign up for application. You only find out when you try to cancel their service. So before you want to use their service, you should know you would have to pay $450-1500 service fee anyway. Rude customer service when they know I want to leave them. Stay far away and I will report on all platforms to let people stay far away from this shady business
I have VMS with the Clover POS system. I was locked into a contract and just paid it off a couple of years ago. When I paid it off they had additional fees for the equipment which were another 1200 dollars on top of all the thousands I had paid them for the clover flex and the consul. Then they gave me a “deal” of 49.99 per month. This is 29.99 for the consul use and 19.99 for the software use for the mini flex.
They said I was “grandfathered” in. Then they got even greedier. They sent me a email saying they were raising my price to 69.99 per month an extra 20. I called Clover hardware support, she told me that VMS has done this to a lot of people- she said I should be paying 14.99-24.99 per month. She also told me that have been charging me a fee for having an extra device when the service comes with a free device usage. We looked on my setting service choice page and discovered they had taken off all the lower price options, just leaving the one I had. So, I have been paying that extra fee for almost 9 years. It is actually free to use the card reader. Plus I have been paying more than double for the monthly service fee. I need some advice, does anyone know if there is a lawsuit going on regarding the unfair business practices? Should I contact one myself?
