WorkWave is a San-software company that builds software tools for field service businesses—such as pest control, lawn care, landscaping, commercial cleaning, security guarding, and delivery/logistics. It offers workflow management, route optimization, scheduling, dispatch, customer relationship tools, chemical/inventory tracking, back-office accounting integrations, and mobile apps for technician teams. More recently, WorkWave has added its own integrated payments solution (“WorkWave Payments”), which allows customers to process credit cards, ACH, mobile/digital wallet payments, set up recurring billing, use virtual terminals, and handle refunds/checks directly within WorkWave’s field service platforms. Its payments feature is PCI Level 1 certified and is built as an embedded option in WorkWave’s PestPac, ServMan, RealGreen, and related product lines.
