Zoho Company Overview
Zoho is a multinational technology company that provides cloud-based business applications for small to medium-sized businesses. One of its products is Zoho Payments, which enables businesses to accept payments online and in multiple currencies, manage recurring billing, handle payment links and invoices, and reconcile transactions—all within Zoho’s finance and business app ecosystem. Zoho Payments supports credit/debit cards and ACH (Direct Debit), with pricing for transactions such as domestic card payments at around 2.90% + 30¢ in the U.S., and additional fees for international cards or currency conversion. The system is PCI DSS-compliant, uses encryption, and integrates closely with Zoho’s invoicing, books, commerce, inventory, and billing tools. For many businesses that already use Zoho software, Payments is intended to streamline processes by keeping financial, billing, inventory, and payment workflows under one platform.
