PaySimple’s website misrepresents their fees, because it only states the Qualified rate, without disclosing the Mid- and Non-Qualified fees. This is considered deceptive marketing, and does not compare favorably to our list of best credit card processors.
There are no other misleading marketing tactics, but some merchants have publicly reported that their costs are higher than they were told.
PaySimple is a solid performer, but its website fails to disclose its downgrade fees, and the company’s pricing is a little confusing.
