FinZeo Company Overview
FinZeo is a payments- and banking-technology company founded in 2018, based in Carlsbad, California. It provides a gateway-centric platform that helps businesses, including high-risk merchants, manage credit and debit card payments, e-check/ACH processing, mobile instant funding, and real-time bank-analysis tools. FinZeo offers APIs and portals for integration with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and software platforms. In October 2023, FinZeo was acquired by AppTech Payments Corp., which integrated its features into its “Commerse™” product suite. With the acquisition, FinZeo also began servicing credit unions, expanding its reach into financial institutions nationwide. Its services are intended to improve speed, flexibility, and transaction efficiency for both low-risk and higher-risk clients.
