Write a review →I have a very small coffee shop in a small business. My rep told me that he would pay my early termination fee from the company that I was with. When I messaged him how much they took out of my account I have heard nothing back. I have called, emailed, text messaged and still nothing back from him. I called customer service for them to tell me there is nothing that they can do. They emailed him and still nothing. So I am out almost 1,000.00 because he screwed over a small business. Shame on them all for this
Worst experience of all the processors I’ve used, been lied to, over charging me for equiptment, cash discount program is a scam. Can’t get no help. Fraudulent charges to my customers that no one can explain. Very,Very disappointed!!
Those S O B**, holding our customers’ payment over 30K, and refuses to transfer funds to our company more than 3 months.
