I have been in business for over 25 years without EVER having a chargeback, but within 2 weeks of switching to Coastal Pay, I was essentially shut down because they stopped releasing funds to me (while I had $thousands in paid orders in transit). Whatever Highwire or Coastal Pay did to switch me over resulted in an extraordinarily high failed order rate through my online shopping cart, so now my customers cannot place orders through my website, and if they phone in an order, Coastal Pay is not releasing the funds. I have emailed and phoned them numerous times, yet they do not respond or take care of the problem. This never happened with my previous merchant processing.
