Processing Rates
EpicPay does not publish its processing rates on its current customer-facing portals. According to independent reviews and expert content, EpicPay is reported to charge a swiped card rate of approximately 2.69 percent plus $0.10 per transaction and a keyed-in card rate of approximately 3.69 percent plus $0.10 per transaction. Virtual terminal pricing is reported in a range from 1.00 percent to 4.99 percent depending on the merchant profile. Statement-based reviews from third parties have also identified instances of interchange-plus pricing on certain accounts, though the specific terms vary by merchant agreement and processing volume.
Account and Contract Fees
Account setup is reported to carry no upfront fee.
