Overview
Background
ExecuTech Lease Group, LLC is an equipment leasing company headquartered in Vancouver, Washington and founded in May 2010 by Robert Ensminger, who serves as chief executive officer. The company is specifically focused on payment-related hardware rather than on direct merchant card acceptance. It originates leases on credit card terminals, point-of-sale equipment, ATMs, and check imaging hardware that are placed through a network of independent sales organizations and merchant services agents around the United States. Per third-party reporting, ExecuTech Lease Group shares ownership with Alpine Payment Systems, a related merchant services brand.
Products and Services
ExecuTech Lease Group writes equipment subscription and lease-to-own agreements that range from 12 to 60 months in length, with the financed hardware covered under warranty for the full term of the agreement. According to the company website, ExecuTech does not require any advance payment or deposit at the start of the lease, and the typical credit decision is returned in under two hours. Lease-to-own programs allow the merchant to take ownership of the hardware at the end of the term. The company does not itself process card transactions; the leases are written separately from any underlying merchant processing agreement.
Pricing
Lease Pricing
ExecuTech Lease Group does not publish a standard schedule of monthly lease amounts on its website. Pricing is quoted on a case-by-case basis to the placing sales agent or independent sales organization based on the type and cost of the hardware, the lease term, and the merchant credit profile. Quotes are typically expressed as a fixed monthly payment over a set term, and merchants are billed by ExecuTech separately from any processing fees billed by their merchant services provider.
Cancellation and Total Cost
Reported by user reviews and expert content, ExecuTech leases are non-cancellable for the full term of the agreement, meaning a merchant who attempts to end the lease early remains liable for the remaining scheduled monthly payments, which the company can collect either as a lump sum or as continued monthly billing. Reviews and complaint write-ups frequently flag the difference between the headline monthly payment and the total contract value across the full term as the most common source of dispute, particularly when the underlying hardware can be purchased outright for substantially less than the cumulative lease payments.

Merchant Reports
Write a review →We are caught in a terrible situation with Executech. We got railroaded by Retail Cloud into leasing six POS terminals for our carpet cleaning vans. By the time we realized that it was a trick, it was too late. Now we are stuck paying $450 a month for 4 years. By the end of the lease we will have paid $21,600 for the POS devices and we still will not own them. We should have never agreed to this. It is such a rip off. They should not be allowed to charge these exorbitant rates and the merchant has no way to get out of it.
