Service has been flawless. No reason to call in except to get reports. It is a bit old school, but works. Their login method has issues and I contacted Wesley Doyle at Expitrans by email and he promptly reset my account, twice, so I could login again so A+ for Wesley. I wish the password would last more than 30 days as I only log in monthly for reports and their password reset/lost password feature does not work.

I was a registered agent with them for almost 4 years. Everything was fine until someone over there decided they didn’t like my Schedule A anymore. They changed my buy rates form the contracted Schedule A to almost double on the transaction fee and basis points. I got my lawyer involved and they ignored it. Any company that would change a Schedule A without notice and then refuse to honor it is junk. There were no breaches or violations of terms to cause this.

I am a CPA for a company that has been victimized by Expitrans, and after numerous phone calls as well as sending emails to their customer service department, Director of Risk Management, and Director of Operations, and getting virtually no response, I have today filed with the FTC and the California Attorney General. Over a period of eight days, Expitrans continued to process my client’s credit cards but stopped sending them their money, ending up withholding $38,261.36. My client was never given an explanation and stopped processing with them. Nine months later, Expitrans returned to them $19,725.19, keeping $18,536.17 as Early Termination Fees. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a company to do business with.

I have had Expitrans on board for our office since 2020 initially for high risk accounts. We have used them for traditional accounts since then. At least with our office we are in control of what we do with contracts and pricing. I cannot speak for the rest of the independent agents but we’re happy and we do not have issues with customers being messed with.
