Got screwed out of 500 bucks because I misunderstood something when closing my account. Such BS.
They told me it would take 60 days to close my account after I emailed a request to cancel. Did not hear the part about I had to put the 60 days in the email. No one took the time to contact me after getting the email to let me know it would be counted as an early termination.
Now I am out 500 bucks and no one is willing to help me. You would think that, since I had been with them for over 20 years a little customer service would be nice… BUT NO!!! THEY GOT THEIR 500 BUCKS AND SCREW YOU!!!
