Output Services Group, Inc., also known as OSG and formerly branded as EverView, is a communications and payment solutions provider based in Carol Stream, Illinois. Established in 1992, the company offers a suite of customer communications management (CCM) services, including print and mail, electronic billing, e-statements, digital channel integration, and payment processing for industries such as financial services, healthcare, property management, utilities, and government. Its platform, JourneyConnect (including the Orion AI framework), supports multichannel messaging—such as mail, email, SMS, and e-bill access—combined with compliance, marketing, and interactive transaction features. As of late 2023, OSG completed a pre-packaged Chapter 11 reorganization, reducing its debt, securing new capital, and refocusing on North American operations.
