Acquisition by Fortis
On 15 November 2022, Fortis Payment Systems acquired Payment Logistics, folding the business into its embedded-payments platform. Founder Dustin Niglio continued to lead the former Payment Logistics team in La Jolla as part of Fortis following the deal. The Payment Logistics brand has since been absorbed into Fortis, and the paymentlogistics.com domain currently redirects to fortispay.com.
Products at Acquisition
At the time of acquisition, the company's offering included its TransactionVault tokenization service, ePN gateway integrations, and certified card acceptance for point-of-sale software developers. These capabilities are now marketed under the Fortis brand and integrated with Fortis platforms including Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and QuickBooks.
