Panda Pay representative was really nice but seems that their sales technique has not changed. I am extremely happy with the short wait time on customer service help lines, they quickly resolve my problems BUT when it comes to AMEX and online deposits into my bank account, that is another story. They expected me to contact AMEX to find out where my missing deposit is even tho it was thru Panda Pays machine. And when we get an invoice paid thru the online portal, it sometimes takes a week to be deposited when we were told it was over night. Our sales rep is nowhere to be found when we were told to reach out to him if anything goes wrong, we have been with this company for a year now and he has not once called back when I have called many times. I am getting sick and tired of the issues I am having but the biggest one is: they aren’t as cheap as they say, we are paying more than we did with Chase. We will most likely go back to Chase Merchant Services before the end of the year.

Used their services in 2022. Sales person who was one of the executives in the company told me that the company I used was illegally charging me and created a narrative that I was being scammed. After further investigation I found that the company I was using was not doing that at all and that they were trying to scare me into using their services. Their machines are horrible. They need to be plugged in 24/7 or else the battery will run out. Their user interface is quite poor. Their customers service is extremely bad. After 2 weeks of using their service I cancelled and had to chase the executive for 4 months to get him to reverse fees that he had providing a written agreement with me stating he would. I was being charged for something I did not use and they were threatening to file it against my credit. After numerous calls and finally a complaint they fixed it. Now almost 10 months later I am still trying to get my reports for those 2 weeks of using their device in order to finalize my tax filing and their system says I never even had an account with them. Considering filing a complaint with BBB and finding out how to file a complaint against their processes. Do not recommend using them at all. Very fake customer service, will use tactics to scare you to switch to them and will charge you unexpectedly for fees they never stated. Also, they will sign you on to a contract and not tell you about it. Make sure to read all the details before signing anything.

I was a PandaPay customer. I put my account on hold and sent in the equipment as per the agreement. They started up my account outside of the agreement period without telling me(or sending me the equipment) and charged me a monthly fee taking it out of my bank account. $1084 later I realized what was going on. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to acknowledge they messed up, and haven’t heard from them other than to tell me they got my email.

I am a seasonal food truck (ice cream)

I signed up in Dec 2020 as a seasonal food truck knowing I would not open till May 2021. Panda Pay started taking money out of my account anyway and they said they could not give it all back

Jan 4th $57.95

Feb 1st $220.40

March 2nd they gave me back $150

June 1st they took again $233.82….

So they have taken $512.17 from me

$150 they gave back

$362.17 is what it has cost me to run from May 4th to June 1st so far this year.

Entee was the sales guy who talked me into using Panda Pay has not been able to help with this.

Ryan who used to head merchant services has been transferred to another department but even before till now has not been able to help with this.

I call thier accounts guru’s who give me grief over my address that I have tried to get right with them 4 times including scans and emails as the address they have decided to use is only an empty lot I rent where my truck sits when it works there is no post box associated for this address but the fight with me everytime I call over this. I have no idea how this company has maintained a high star rating as for me they have been an outright disaster from start to finish.

It should be noted that PandaPay represents Nuvei (Acquirer), which you had stated in a previous blog, was one of the worst payment processors to deal with.
