The platform is organized into tiered packages. 2Sell handles standard global payment acceptance and fraud screening. 2Subscribe layers on recurring billing, subscription management, and churn-recovery tooling for SaaS and digital subscription businesses. 2Monetize bundles the full digital commerce stack, including tax compliance, dunning, and analytics. A custom 4Enterprise package is available for higher-volume merchants on negotiated terms.

2Checkout is owned and operated by Verifone, the payments hardware and software company that acquired it in 2020. The 2Checkout brand and product family continues to be marketed and sold under the Verifone organization.
Pricing
Standard Plans
2Checkout publishes per-transaction pricing on its plan pages with no setup fees and no required monthly fees on the standard tiers. The 2Sell plan is listed at 3.5% plus $0.35 per successful sale. The 2Subscribe plan, which adds subscription management features, is listed at 4.5% plus $0.45 per successful sale. The 2Monetize plan, which includes the full digital commerce, tax, and compliance suite, is listed at 6.0% plus $0.60 per successful sale.
Enterprise
A 4Enterprise tier is offered for high-volume merchants with custom pricing negotiated based on sales volume and required services. Published rates do not apply to merchants on this tier.
Other Fees
An additional cross-border fee, reported at about 2 percent, applies in certain countries when a merchant accepts payment from shoppers outside its own country. Chargeback fees are reported by user reviews and expert content to range from roughly $15 to $45 per chargeback, with the higher figures applying to merchants whose chargeback ratios exceed card-brand thresholds.

I bought a product in March 2023 using credit card with a company. This company use 2checkout to process payment.
I asked for a refund and the company accepted.
On 28 March 2checkout debited the account of this company.
I never received the refund on my credit card.
I contacted their support , supportplus, refund department , complaint department.
I never received explanation only an email by robot telling me that my request is sent to refund department.
I left a trustpilot feedback and still no any answers.
It is now 14 days
2Checkout has held my funds for more than a month, total is almost $24,000. I was not sent an email and when I logged in no explanation was available. After emailing I was told it was because the account info was wrong. When I corrected the info, they replied saying it was the same as before, therefore I needed to upload a statement with SWIFT code and other info that my bank doesn’t put on statements. They are not reading my emails properly and not replying promptly. There is nobody to talk to and no complaints mechanism.
2co has been unresponsive to my issue of assigning my payment to a phone I no longer use and making the subscription on my new phone, that had a subscription, expired. I sent them 3 emails, and attempted to contact the original vendor, one Plus, with no response.
The vendor I purchased my phone from (bitdefender) did not say I needed to go through 2co when I had issues with payment applications. Neither bitdefender, not 2co is responding to my issue. Even if bitdefender is highly rated, I am considering cancelling my subscription because of this lack of customer support.
Hopeless service
2Checkout is not a reputable company. They have absconded with my company’s $800 deposit and will not refund it after we cancelled the service. I do not recommend that business.
