Pricing
Processing Rates
ClearPay Financial Solutions does not publish standard processing rates on its website. According to user reviews and expert content, the company quotes rates within a broad range that has been reported between roughly 1.00% and 4.99%, with the actual rate set per merchant based on industry, processing volume, and risk profile. The pricing model uses tiered or interchange-plus structures depending on the agreement type.
Other Fees and Contract Terms
Reported user reviews and expert content describe an account setup fee in the area of fifty dollars, monthly account fees in the area of ten dollars, and standard contract terms of one to three years. Early termination fees have been reported on some agreements in the range of five hundred dollars or liquidated damages tied to remaining contract value, and equipment financed through ClearPay is typically held under non-cancellable lease arrangements. Specific fees are not posted publicly and are negotiated per merchant.

Merchant Reports
Write a review →I would give a zero rating if I could. I was diagnosed with skin cancer and had one instalment of £15 left on my account. As you can imagine it was a very worrying and stressful time for me and my family. I had to have multiple surgeries on my face and multiple bouts of chemotherapy. I almost lost my life. I eventually paid the £15 plus £12 late fees once i was in remission and getting back on my feet. The company has closed my account and treated me like I was deliberately trying to evade payment. Absolutely appalling customer service.
